Summary

RECONIFIED is a Windows EDR/XDR console that runs on a single host. The product keeps endpoint telemetry on the machine where it is collected. Nothing is uploaded unless the operator configures a destination. This policy explains what this website collects, what the product stores locally, and what leaves the machine.

Information this website collects

When you contact us or request a demo, we receive the details you enter in the form, such as your name, email address, phone number, subject and message. We use them only to reply to you and to arrange a demo or follow-up.

Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Data the product stores on the endpoint

The RECONIFIED console collects process, network, service and system telemetry in user mode. That data, the alert history and the hash-chained audit log are stored in a local SQLite database on the protected machine.

• The read-only REST API listens on 127.0.0.1:9477 and is not exposed off the machine.
• API and policy keys are created locally and stay on the machine.
• Privileged actions, such as process termination or firewall containment, require an operator grant and consent.

Data that leaves the machine

Nothing is uploaded by default. Data is sent off the host only when the operator configures an optional XDR connector, such as Microsoft Entra / Microsoft 365 sign-in, a TAXII threat feed, a SIEM or a SOAR destination. Data sent to those services is governed by the operator's agreements with those providers.

Retention

We keep contact and demo request messages for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business relationship, then delete them. Telemetry stored by the product on your endpoint is under your control and can be removed by uninstalling the product or deleting its data directory.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you sent through this website. Email info@reconified.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
